These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter "Terms", "Agreement" or "T&C") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (hereinafter "User", "Player" or "you") and 0777sz (hereinafter "0777sz", "we", "us" or "our"), the operator of the online gaming information platform accessible at https://0777sz.cam (hereinafter the "Platform" or "Site").

3.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the operator's applicable license jurisdiction, whichever is greater. If you are under the applicable minimum age, you are strictly prohibited from registering or using the Platform in any capacity. 0777sz reserves the right to conduct age verification checks at any time and to suspend or close any Account where the User is found to be underage.

3.2 Jurisdictional Eligibility

You must not be resident of, located in, or accessing the Platform from a Restricted Jurisdiction in which online gambling is prohibited or otherwise unlawful under applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your use of the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. 0777sz makes no representation as to the lawfulness of use from any particular location and expressly disclaims responsibility for any User who accesses the Platform from a Restricted Jurisdiction.

3.3 Single Account Policy

Each User is permitted to hold only one Account on the Platform. The creation of multiple Accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and will result in the immediate closure of all associated Accounts, forfeiture of any funds or bonuses held therein, and may result in a permanent ban from the Platform.

3.4 Personal Use Only

The Platform is intended for personal, non-commercial use only. You must be registering and acting in your own name and on your own behalf. You must not act as an agent or representative of any third party.

4.1 Registration Process

To access certain features of the Platform, you will be required to complete the registration process by providing accurate, current and complete information as prompted by the registration form. You agree to maintain and promptly update your registration information to keep it accurate, current and complete at all times.

4.2 Account Credentials

Upon registration, you will be required to select a username and password. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your Account. You agree to notify 0777sz immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to or use of your Account.

4.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

0777sz may require you to complete identity verification procedures at any time, including but not limited to prior to making any withdrawal, upon reaching certain deposit thresholds or where we reasonably suspect fraud or misuse. For Pakistani users, acceptable identity documents may include a valid Computerised National Identity Card (CNIC) or a valid Pakistani passport. You may also be required to provide proof of address and undertake a liveness or selfie check. All documents must be uploaded through the Platform's secure HTTPS verification portal only.

4.4 Account Closure

You may request the closure of your Account at any time by contacting customer support. 0777sz reserves the right to close or suspend any Account at any time, without prior notice, where it reasonably believes that a User has breached these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or illegal activity, or where continued operation of the Account poses a risk to the Platform or other users.

By accessing and using the Platform, you agree to use it solely for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of any third party. The following general terms of use apply to all Users at all times:

• You will not use the Platform for any purpose that is unlawful, harmful, abusive, harassing, defamatory, threatening or otherwise objectionable.
• You will not attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Platform, its servers or any associated database or network.
• You will not use any automated system, bot, spider, scraper or other mechanism to access, extract or monitor the Platform without prior written authorisation from 0777sz.
• You will not transmit any unsolicited commercial communications, spam, chain letters or similar materials through or in connection with the Platform.
• You will not upload, post or transmit any content that infringes the intellectual property rights of any third party.
• You will not use the Platform in any way that could disable, overburden or impair its infrastructure or interfere with any other User's enjoyment of the Platform.
• You will comply with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction when using the Platform.

0777sz reserves the right to monitor Platform usage to ensure compliance with these Terms and to investigate any suspected breach. Any violation may result in immediate suspension or termination of your Account and, where appropriate, referral to law enforcement authorities.

6.1 Accepted Payment Methods

The payment methods available on the Platform will be displayed at the time of deposit. Method availability may vary and is subject to the operator's configuration, applicable regulations and your account verification status. References to payment methods such as Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah are provided as familiar Pakistani payment context only and do not imply that these providers endorse, support or are affiliated with 0777sz or any gambling operator.

6.2 Deposit Currency

Where deposits are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR), amounts will be shown in PKR within your Account dashboard. 0777sz does not guarantee any specific exchange rate where currency conversion is involved.

6.3 Deposit Responsibility

You are solely responsible for ensuring that any funds deposited to the Platform are funds that you are legally entitled to use for gambling purposes. 0777sz reserves the right to reject any deposit or to withhold funds pending investigation where there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering or any other unlawful activity.

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• Your Account must be fully verified (KYC completed) prior to the processing of any withdrawal request.
• Withdrawal requests will only be processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, or to a verified account in your name, at the operator's discretion.
• Processing times for withdrawal requests vary depending on the payment method selected, the operator's internal compliance review, and your account verification status. No specific processing time is guaranteed.
• 0777sz reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal pending additional verification where there are grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, breach of these Terms, or for compliance with applicable anti-money laundering requirements.

0777sz may from time to time offer bonuses, free bets, cashback, referral credits or other promotional incentives to Users. All such offers are subject to the following general conditions:

• Each bonus or promotion is governed by its own specific terms and conditions, which will be presented at the time the offer is made. Users must read and accept these specific terms before claiming any bonus.
• Bonuses are generally non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash unless the applicable wagering requirements have been fully satisfied.
• Wagering requirements specify the number of times a bonus amount must be wagered before any associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal. These requirements will be clearly stated in the relevant bonus terms.
• 0777sz reserves the right to modify, suspend or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that any such change will not retroactively affect bonuses already accepted in good faith by eligible Users.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 0777sz Platform. Engagement in any of the following may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of all funds and referral to law enforcement authorities:

• Fraud and Misrepresentation: Providing false, inaccurate or misleading information during registration or at any point during account use, including during KYC verification.
• Money Laundering: Using the Platform for any activity that constitutes money laundering or the financing of illegal activities under any applicable law, including Pakistani law.
• Underage Gambling: Attempting to register or use the Platform while under the minimum eligible age requirement.
• Multiple Accounts: Creating or maintaining more than one Account on the Platform, whether in your own name or through the use of another person's identity or credentials.
• Automated Tools: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, software exploits or any other automated mechanism to gain an unfair advantage on the Platform.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other Users or third parties to exploit game mechanics, betting markets, promotional offers or any other Platform feature in a manner not intended by the operator.
• Hacking and Interference: Attempting to gain unauthorised access to the Platform's systems, networks or data, or introducing any malicious code or software.
• Chargebacks: Initiating unjustified chargebacks or reversals through your payment provider in respect of funds legitimately deposited and used on the Platform.

All Content on the 0777sz Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations and software, is the property of 0777sz or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

0777sz grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include the right to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store or transmit any Content without the prior written consent of 0777sz.

All trademarks, service marks and trade names referenced on the Platform (including payment provider names such as Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah) are the property of their respective owners. Their inclusion on this Platform does not imply any endorsement, affiliation or partnership.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 0777sz, its officers, directors, employees, agents and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive or exemplary damages, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill or other intangible losses arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform.
• Losses resulting from gambling outcomes, including any wagers placed or results received through the Platform.
• Losses resulting from unauthorised access to or alteration of your data or Account, except where such losses result directly from 0777sz's gross negligence or wilful misconduct.
• Losses resulting from force majeure events, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, government actions, power outages or telecommunications failures.

The Platform and all Content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranty of any kind, whether express or implied. 0777sz does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free or free of viruses or other harmful components.

0777sz is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices among all Users. The Platform provides a range of tools designed to help Users maintain control over their gambling activity, including:

• Deposit Limits: Users may set daily, weekly or monthly deposit limits via their Account settings.
• Session Time Limits: Users may set limits on the duration of individual gambling sessions.
• Loss Limits: Users may set maximum loss thresholds for defined time periods.
• Self-Exclusion: Users may request temporary or permanent self-exclusion from the Platform by contacting customer support or using the self-exclusion function within Account settings.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 0777sz is incorporated or licensed to operate, as applicable. Nothing in this clause shall limit the statutory rights available to Users under the mandatory consumer protection laws of their country of residence.

In the event of any dispute, controversy or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter through good faith negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within 30 days, it shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of a recognised arbitration body, or to the courts of the applicable governing jurisdiction, as determined by 0777sz.

For Pakistani Users specifically: you acknowledge that you have an obligation to understand your rights and obligations under Pakistani law, including the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977, independent of these Terms. These Terms do not and cannot constitute legal advice, and nothing herein shall be construed as a representation by 0777sz that use of the Platform is lawful under Pakistani law.
